The minimum order quantity is one box. Individual items contained within a package cannot be sold separately.
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in Euros.
The shipping contribution within Italy is € 10.98 nationwide; for orders over € 366.00, shipping is free of charge.
Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process in the designated field. Delivery will only take place after payment for the respective order has been duly recorded and following verification of any uploaded documents (e.g. reduced VAT certification).

International Shipping:

France, Ireland, Portugal – Delivery within 72 hours from order receipt. Rate of €28 for 1 box. From the 2nd box onwards, the rate is €30 for Portugal and €36 for Ireland. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international deliveries.

All purchases will be delivered via a highly qualified express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Emodial is not liable for unforeseeable delays or delays beyond its reasonable control. Once the Products have been dispatched, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link for the shipment.

The delivery service includes 2 delivery attempts to the address specified at checkout. Following a first failed delivery attempt, a missed delivery notice will be left with contact details for the courier. The parcel will be held at the courier’s local depot for 3 days at no additional charge. During this period, the courier may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt.
